What is the Venue Rental Fee?

- A Fully Catered Event- no additional rental fee.
- A Non- Catered Event- $150.00 per hour with a 3 hour minimum.

How do I reserve a date?

Please reach out via email and we will be glad to send a contract for you to fill out and resubmit back to us. We do recommend a meeting to see if our facility will suit your need but it is not required.

Is a Deposit required?

Yes, a Deposit of $150.00 is required to hold the date. This is a non-refundable payment and the final is due 7 days prior to your event.

What Form of Payment do you take?

We take Cash or Check. If you choose to use a Credit Card, a 3% Fee will be added to each transaction.

Is there an exclusive Caterer?

Yes. Moose’s LZ is the exclusive Caterer for all catered events.

Can we bring our own alcohol?

No. Alcoholic beverages will be provided by Moose’s LZ for a catered or non-catered event and will be served by our R.A.M.P. certified bartender.

How many guests can your space accommodate?

We can accommodate up to 100 guests, however that is the maximum.

How early or late can we be there?

We are able to open at 7:00am and close at 11:00 pm

Do you provide tables and chairs?

Yes. We provide 8- 72” round, 4- 60” round, 1- 48” round, 2- 31” round cocktail, 3- 96” rectangular tables and 100 folding black resin chairs.

Do you provide table linens?

We provide table linen for a fully catered event. If you are only renting the facility and want to use our table linen, then a fee of $10 per table will be charged

Are there Hotels close by?

Yes, there are 3 hotels within 2.5 miles. (Lebanon/Lickdale Exit 90) I-81

Do you allow kids?

Yes, children are welcome but they must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Do you allow pets?

No. We do not allow pets in the building due to sanitary and allergy reasons.

Do you have a kitchen?

Yes, we have a kitchen in our facility that includes a 3 bay sink, large commercial refrigerator, commercial dishwasher, prep table and a commercial hot holding cabinet.
